Very professional and knowledgeable. Since the beginning, the advise I received from ICS offered the opportunities that I had and they guided me on every step I had to make, in order to get my visa approved. After one year, two applications and one appeal, I have finally got it! It was not an easy process, but they did their best. My case was a bit complicated and they checked that everything was in order and reassured me before submitting the application. The price is excellent compared to other providers. Contacting the person in charge of your case is sometimes a bit cumbersome and the lady answering the switchboard could be a bit nicer. A direct line to your caseworker would make life much easier. ICSlegal successfully managed my Tier 2 general visa application. The application was not straightforward, partly because of my complex immigration history. Basically, we were refused Indefinite Live to Remain (ILR) in the UK on a ‘technical ground’ which brought everything to stand still, as you would imagine in the hostile environment. Fortunately, I was offered a decent job at about the same time. So on ICS guidance, I decided to voluntarily return to Africa to apply for a work visa while my family continues with the ILR application processing in the UK. Initially, ICS prepared a strong application bundle with a covering letter, detailing relevant aspects of my immigration history, and how I met the requirement for the Tier 2 visa category. But the visa was refused on another technical ground. At this stage, I became quite anxious and hopeless, bearing in mind that I'm now unemployed, and far away from family. Throughout the process, ICS remained calm, focused and reassuring realistically. They, consequently, managed my first and second administrative reviews, respectively. Today, I am back in the UK, and that is extraordinary. It is no news that most UK visa application process now requires a credible, honest and humane legal team. My experience with the firm is positive and I will use them for future cases for family members. We had to issue a pre action letter to argue the decision and Shajjads legal grounds were very well written.

Great Service once again ICS legal team are extremely knowledgeable and professional and take a lot of the stress of applying for visas away. This was the third time I have used their services and each time the service and responsiveness of the team is exceptional. I do feel like some of their fees could be looked at, asking for £12 to send my ILR approval letter at the point of telling me it was approved was a bit of a buzzkill, especially when I have already paid to use the service. That’s not the fault of the professionals that work on the cases but I would urge the company to relook at their pricing structure.

My only complaint after all fees were paid was having to pay £15 postage to get my original copy of my approval letter otherwise they were great

Ics legal never cease to amaze me and people who had previously had dumb cheap lawyers that not only waste your money but you end up in a disastrous response and outcome even appealing against home office s decisions, which I already in the past have experienced via other immigration lawyers, monies went astray. This happened when we applied for my mother in law to settle indefinite in UK having been previously married to a British born. But been refused and blacklisted from entering the UK. We used ICS legal just we could call them impossible way maker's. And my mother in law is here indefinitely. Things looked impossible but God used these people. I used them again as Britain entered brexit and my country is in EU. I been in this country over 30 years indefinite period visa was granted, but things changed because of brexit. Amazing solicitors! Would 100% recommend them! We have been a client of ICS since October 2019 and used them to sponsor my uncle to bring him to the UK on an EEA dependency basis. ILR application I completed an ILR application on my own and was refused. Luckily I found the company on the home office website and had a £60 telephone consultation. They re done my application and submitted and sent in a legal letter explaining my case and my mistakes. They also gave me documents list and template’s for my own letter. Very Reliable, Value for money This was my 3rd application with ICS and I must specially mention Imran for his professionalism and precision. However my review is minus one star due to poor communication all through. Abdul was my initial contact and whenever I phoned to speak with him, I was told by ICS advisors that he was not available yet they always placed me on hold to consult with him? I ended up getting contradicting information all the time. Telephone appointments were always late too. This is an issue I never experienced in my previous 2 applications with them.

Uncle’s EEA Matter After dealing with such a lengthy and complex matter with my uncle’s EEA matter, ICS achieved an amazing result overall Allhamdulillah. ICS Legal team have been very helpful with my daughter's ILR application which was not straightforward. Their advice was accurate and helpful and they were patient with my questions reassuring me that the application would be successful based on their previous knowledge of such applications. The only downside I can think of is if they can have the same caseworker work on one application, so it can be easy to communicate with but even otherwise they were all up to date so was not really a big issue.

UK Right of Abode I started the process of obtaining my Right of Abode in the UK back in 2019. It started off with a web search, where I found ICS and then a phone call with them about my options. Things started moving forward and then Covid hit; I put the process on the back burner. I started trying to communicate with ICS again in late 2021, but we were unable to connect. There wasn't much communication from them. This was in the late winter of 2021. Ultimately, in early 2022, I started a chat with a team member on their website. They were very apologetic and after that the lines of communication were good again. ICS provided guidance on the necessary documents that are required, which I obtained. They then helped me start the application on the UKVI site, as well as preparing a legal letter from them to support my application. The process was moving expeditiously. I made the necessary appointments and was awarded my Certificate for the Right of Abode in June, which is fixed inside one of the pages of my USA passport. Overall, ICS was very helpful and communicative, except for the aforementioned period of time. They are generally easy to reach via chat, email, or phone and generally reply within 24 hours (although, there were a few times I had to write multiple emails to get a response). I would recommend using ICS for Visa & Immigration services, and will use them again for guidance when I need to obtain a renewal for my Right of Abode.

Visa & Immigration Worries? ICS Legal To The Rescue! We have used the services of ICS Legal since 2017 to help with two visa applications and a leave-to-remain application for a Mexican national to enter/stay in the UK, all of which have now been granted. We could not have done it without the help of the ICS team. The company was recommended to us by a family friend (who used them for successful US/UK applications) and we are very grateful to have had them with us to guide us through some very stressful situations. The first couple of meetings were in person at their offices which helped us connect with the advisors and helped calm the nerves. The advisors are also almost always available on the phone and if not they will call you back promptly. Other communication has been via email and you will always get an automated reply email to confirm they have received your message. We've even had to call them on the day of government visa appointments for last minute info or support and they've always been there for us. Their service has been invaluable. I believe their prices are fair for the services they provide. They have an online portal for uploading documents and you can add comments to any files you upload. We will continue to use ICS Legal to help us with the next phase which will be naturalisation. If you are about to apply for a visa and you are not sure which company to engage for help I would encourage you to contact ICS Legal. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
