Each case will be checked thoroughly, everything will be cross referenced so guidelines are met and we will also add our legal document which would outline the Immigration Rules and how the client has satisfied the rules. Further Information

Certain nationals are not required to obtain a visa to visit the UK. However, based on your circumstances you may need an entry clearance visa before you travel to the UK. You can verify this aspect by making contact with us. Please ensure you check this prior to making arrangements to travel to the UK.

An application for a UK Visitor Visa is required to be made in the country you are currently resident. You should plan to apply for your travel visa well in advance of your proposed travel date. Some travel visas may be processed in 24 hours, but others may take longer, especially in cases where an interview is required. The process could take up to several weeks.

Once you have a valid UK Visa, you should be allowed entry to the UK on arrival, unless your circumstances have changed, which can be on the basis of you providing false information, or you did not tell the Entry Clearance Officer important facts when you applied for your visit visa. The final decision, however, rests with the Immigration Officer at the UK port of arrival.

Visa and Non-Visa Nationals coming to the United Kingdom as General Visitors are allowed to stay for up to six months and are restricted from working in the UK. There may be other restrictions imposed on your visa, so it is important you check before you travel. Use our contact form to get any questions answered. Click here to use our contact form.
