Managed Services
The managed service would be an in-depth process that we would follow at ICS Legal. Using our services ensures that all the requirements on your application is covered:
- At the first point of contact, one of our colleagues will ensure you are making the right visa application. If we do feel there may be any circumstances you require clarification upon prior to engaging our services, then you will be advised to have a consultation first. It is imperative to us that you are most comfortable when moving forward with an application process.
- Once we have established you can move forward with preparing for an application, you will be provided a list of instructions, covering both an information document as well as a documents list.
- Where we receive the documents from you, one of our caseworkers will analyze what has been received and provide further instructions on everything we will require for the application.
- Our caseworker will then work towards completing the necessary application form, write out a Representation letter confirming the applicable law being met covering all the specified documents provided.
- The "application submission" is different in the process when applying from the UK or outside the UK. If you are applying from the UK, then ICS Legal submit the application on your behalf and manage this until a decision is received.
- If the application is lodged outside the UK, this is done through a "Visa Centre", and ICS Legal will advise & provide guidance on that process.
As always, our team will be on hand to answer any queries related to the application submission.
Appeals, Administrative Review and Judicial Review
As ICS Legal has been an OISC Level 3 Accredited firm for a number of years, our experience ensures we create a fighting chance to challenge the decision served by the Home Office.

- To begin with, our caseworkers will request you to email us the decision letter served.
- You will be instructed to conduct a consultation service with us to review the decision served.
- During the consultation, you will be advised on the best course of action, the advisor will ask questions on how you had proceeded to prepare for the application, assess the information and documents that had been submitted with the original application.
From there we will then suggest the next steps, whether you should continue to appeal against a decision or alternatively to submit a new application.
